Héctor Leiva

Chemical engineer with international experience in sustainability assessment, process simulation, and circular economy. Currently at CIRCE, he works on environmental, economic, and social evaluation of technologies within EU-funded projects. He has led key tasks in sectors such as bioenergy, wastewater treatment, and industrial symbiosis, and is co-author of several peer-reviewed publications.
